Patrice Dockery Testimonial
I first came across sports massage therapy when I was in Australia preparing for the Sydney Paralympics back in 1999. I found this treatment to be so beneficial that I incorporated it as part of my overall training program. When I returned to Ireland I set about finding myself a sports massage therapist who could work with me on a regular basis. I was put in touch withShane McKay and subsequently Fionnuala Kirby who both had completed Dave and Tina's course. Fionnuala decided to travel for a year and she put me in touch with Tina. Straight away I could feel the benefit of having regular sessions with Tina. I felt much more flexible, which not only helped me while competing but also in general. Not only did Tina treat certain niggles she often treated potential strains before they ever had a chance to become an issue! Of all the years I have been treated by Tina I have never missed training or a competition. I can confidently say that my longevity of competing for 20 years at paralympic level was down to the expertise and dedication of Tina Corcoran. Such was the impact that Tina had on my career both my coach and sister has now completed the NSRT sports remedial massage therapy course.
Not only would I consider Tina Corcoran a brilliant sports massage therapist I would also consider her a great friend. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending the NSRT course to anyone.
