NSRT - Rehabilition of Injured Athletes

This intensive weekend workshop is designed for physical therapists, sports therapists, sports massage therapists or any therapist with an interest in sports rehabilitation.

The workshop consists of 16 hours tuition. Day 1 deals with rehabilitation protocols for the lower limb, while part 2 on day 2 deals with rehabilitation protocols for the upper limb.

• The principles of rehabilition
• The phases of rehabilition
• Designing the rehabilition program
• Exercise Progression
• The components of therapeutic exercise
• The relationship between the rehabilition program and the healing process

Workshop Duration:

• 2 Days (Saturday 9-6pm, Sunday 9-5pm)

Cost of Workshop:

• €300 (€270 for NSRT graduates)
