As part of a rehab programme following a back injury, I attended Tina for a series of remedial back massage treatments with wonderful results.  This inspired me to learn the techniques myself to help others and compliment my Pilates practice.

I signed up with Tina’s NSRT and during the course year enhanced my working knowledge of anatomy and mastered a variety of effective techniques for treating muscular pain and injuries.  The course content, tutors, and teaching techniques provided an extremely enjoyable experience and the training focus on care and safety for both client and therapist throughout was very re-assuring.

Successful navigation through the required study, practice and exams was satisfying in itself and I  recommend the course to anyone, regardless of prior knowledge, who may be interested in how muscles work and respond to therapeutic treatments.  You will be rewarded with a voyage of fun and learning not to mention economic value.
