In 2002 I started the course with Dave & Tina in Castlebar. Straight away I could see how enthusiastic they both were about the course and this really rubbed off on the students. The course was intensive but the one thing that stood out for me was the hands on approach because not only did this give you real life experience it also gave you the confidence to approach teams to work on their players. I started working with the Mayo Ladies senior football team when I was still on the course and have worked with the Mayo men’s senior football team since 2004. I have always received positive feedback from all clients and I think this is down to what I was thought on the course but also the method by which it was thought. I have also set up my own successful clinic in Castlebar where I have treat players from most GAA clubs in Mayo; various inter county hurling & football teams and numerous different clients for all different backgrounds.
